Fishdom H2O June 15, 2010 Rhonda R. Balint got it for myself. loved the game. just hated it ended. have to start all over to make new tanks.
$7 is a good deal for a happy five-year-old. April 5, 2010 Sean O'Skea (Ashland, OR) My five year-old daughter and I play this game together and she has a lot of fun. She enjoys building her tanks just as much as the hidden object portion of the game. Lovely renderings but not a lot of variety. There seems to be only six or eight backdrops, and after a while the lists and locations get a bit repetitive. Also, unlike other hidden-object-style games, there are no other mini-games to break the monotony. The biggest drawback is that there seems to be no way to save a game in progress. So you are starting over from scratch each time with the same exact lists and locations every time. My daughter has a great time, and there is absolutely nothing scary in this game, unlike a lot of the other hidden object games that would be just a little too spooky for her kindergarten sensibilities. And at the $7 price point, it's a good investment for rainy-day fun. A great game for hand and eye coordination and computer familiarity for the pre-school set. Probably not very exciting for anybody over 7 or 8 who doesn't have their child sitting on their lap.

Purchased for 5 year old grandson. He loves to search for things in pictures. We play this game together. It entertains both of us for ages. Would recommend to others

Fishdom, Fishdom H2O: Hidden Odyssey, and Fishdom: Spooky Splash all have very high quality graphics and you get to create beautiful aquariums with the points you earn from playing the levels. I give all three of these games from Playrix 5 stars.
Fishdom H2O: Hidden Odyssey is the only one that is a hidden object game. However, even this is different from most hidden object games. The objects are beautifully drawn and extremely well-defined. The objects do not hurt my eyes like most hidden object games. Also, you won't find any pea pods sitting on a cloud in this game. The objects are placed a lot more realistically than in most games.
Another plus for me is the diversity of the game. Some levels require you to find all listed objects. Other levels require you to find one object out of three that are on the screen; another level lets you find all the gold objects you can click on in 30 seconds; another level requires you to find 10 of the same kind of object (e.g., gloves). This diversity keeps the game from becoming monotonous.
Highly recommended!!
Hard on the Eyes January 3, 2010 ' Groovin' guy 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
After awhile, finding the hidden objects becomes an eye strain.I wouldn't play more than five minutes.
It doesn't have all the variety of the plain Fishdom. So to me, it's less fun. Also there isn't a variety in music and sound effects while you're playing, just one sound when you find an abject.
It gets boring after a few minutes.I wouldn't recommend it.
