Halo July 22, 2010 Chase Tarson Great game, as fun as the console version. Multiplayer is still running strong even after more that 5 years since its release.
Great Original July 4, 2010 Manuel Medeiros (Lansing,MI) It set the standard for first person shooters (in its time). Still a great game online.
What does this button do? June 24, 2010 Although this was by far The Best FPS(First Person Shooter for all you n00bs out there) I have ever played,(except, perhaps, its numerous sequels)it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. I wasn't sure how much would be missing from the sequels, either.
*Pros*
*Great Graphics, Almost 0% glitchy
*AWESOME weapons,Sleek armor
*Realistic Vehicles,Believable Story(for science Fiction)
*Tension, Drama, and epic enviroments
*Liveable condtions. On, quote: A giant Hoola-hoop
*Cons(There are a few)*
*Blotchy Terrain(Multi-player only)
*Missing a lot of my favorite things from the sequels
*Can't place Bots(Computer controlled Models)in multiplayer
*Can't use certain weapons the enemy has in single-player(the energy sword turns to dust if you try to pick it up)
Overall though, still a great game! Can't wait to get halo 2!
How could anyone feel like this game is repetitive?? Red vs Blue is on there 8 season!!! June 21, 2010 Kevin D. Gould (Nor Cal) So, any whack job who decided to call this classic piece of work with a 4 or less star rating, let me just say how terrible foolish you are: this game kicks all FPS butt.
Why??
1. Boom Booms (guns), aliens, marines, and totally retarded pistols that have the greatest stopping power.
2. Single player knows a good plot working within the limits of the Xbox, even better for PC players, cause the look is better.
3. Multi-player is a little better because two extra weapons are added: Fuel Rod Gun and Flame thrower.
4. Easy and fun hacks and mod servers that are hilarious.
5. Music is most becoming and fitting.
6. did I mention lip-sinc is actually good, and the sound effects and voices perfect??
7. Blood and swearing: only two things pop in my head: WWII and Halo.
don't miss out: its the best FPS thats actually affordable on the market: It will probably go on as long as Starcraft has been out, so no rush
