| Customer Reviews: BEWARE No Windows 7 Support Currently from Linksys January 7, 2010 pc-learner (Irvine, CA USA) At the current time (January 2010) Linksys does not support this adapter (WUSB600N) on Windows 7 and there is no Windows 7 driver available from Linksys. Do not believe the Linksys Windows 7 Compatibility FAQ that says otherwise. If you wish to have support from Linksys for this adapter on Windows 7, verify that Linksys has a Windows 7 driver to download before buying it.
Note also that hardware version 1 of this adapter, which is what you will probably get if you order a recertified or refurbished adapter, or if your vendor has old stock, may never be supported by Linksys on Windows 7.
There are Windows 7 drivers available for this adapter from other sources (Windows 7 RTM includes one, and the chipset manufacturer, Ralink has one), but they are not supported by Linksys.
Linksys will probably support hardware version 2 of this adapter on Windows 7 eventually.
Works perfect October 5, 2009 Marek Merta (Connecticut, USA) works perfect, used for over a month. I think whoever has complained is not using this with a linksys ultra rangeplus router, or they are using some other crappy router. these are good adapters. also update latest drivers from linksys.com.
Not as expected September 23, 2009 Andrew Taylor I purchased this to get a better signal. What I got was less bars than before I used the product.
For me, not the best wireless-N USB Network Adapter. July 22, 2009 Maximilian 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I've been experiencing sporadic problems with this product from day one. I sent multiple e-mails to the manufacturer for assistance, but to no avail. For unknown reasons, Linksys has not responded to any of my electronic messages... and trying to reach this company by telephone is also a problem.
